Job Description:

The Director of Front End Technology Development Procurement Capital will oversee the global vision and management of the Technology Development (TD) Capital Equipment team. Key responsibilities include developing category strategies, optimizing costs, and establishing strategic supplier relationships.

This role will involve collaborating with internal and external partners to build and complete global category strategies aligned to corporate objectives. The successful candidate will establish and monitor Category performance metrics and oversee Front End TD metrics to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership and vision, ability to influence executives, senior leaders, and team members on strategic decisions across multiple functions and geographies. They will also possess experience leading a department and functional team as direct reports, be organized, meticulous, and focused on results.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Management or Engineering or above is required. 3-5 years' experience in a Global Category Manager type role is preferred. Desired qualifications include >10 years' experience in International Business and Semiconductor Business.
