Micron Technology seeks a dynamic and innovative Pump, Abatement and Chiller & Tool Installation Qualification Engineer to drive growth mindset, facilitate improvement, and lead global business processes. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Wafer Fab experience, a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and excellent communication skills in English. Key responsibilities include leading and improving PAC & TIQ business processes, facilitating global peer groups, reviewing and leading current Micron Sites PAC & TIQ performance, and driving continuous improvement in safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, and new technology introduction. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize and lead numerous projects, motivate partners and team members, and define metrics to gauge project success. The position requires a strong commitment to quality, self-motivation, and initiative. The ideal candidate will travel and work closely with sites to identify areas of opportunity and analyze performance-to-plan data to improve PAC & TIQ performance. The successful candidate will be a key player in achieving Best in Class PAC & TIQ performance across the network and industry. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and continuously improve PAC & TIQ business processes, continual improvement project, and BKM alignment
Facilitate and drive global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives
Review and lead current Micron Sites PAC & TIQ performance, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance
Lead PAC & TIQ alignment and improvement to meet Micron PAC & TIQ objectives
Drive continuous improvement in multiple aspects such as safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, and new technology introduction
Engaging suppliers for Continuously improvement to achieve BIC PAC & TIQ performance
Develop and improve Micron PAC & TIQ documentations when is needed
Supporting Critical Tool installation scenarios and work with sites to implement BIC method for fastest TIQ schedule recovery
Continuously improvement from TIQ Phases "Pre-ODD Planning", "Installation Optimization", and "Process Qualification Simplification"

Project Management:
Prioritize and lead numerous projects based on Fab and corporate objectives
Move projects effectively through project lifecycle – definition, planning, implementation, acceptance, and review
Motivate partners and all project team members to take ownership of project successes
Lead priorities and enhancements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature
Define metrics to gauge project success and Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge
Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner, with a cadence appropriate to the priority of the issue
Organize and apply time and resources effectively
