- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create preliminary site master plans for new projects, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Work with facilities teams to optimize space planning and establish standards for critical areas.
- Develop and improve facilities management practices using industry best methods and lessons learned.
- Assess potential risks and challenges related to facilities space constraints, especially in brownfield projects.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and animations to effectively communicate proposed site master plans.
- Analyze and evaluate construction-related building and site information across Micron sites, serving as guidelines for construction projects.
- Regularly update and enhance Micron site construction data for benchmarking, reference, and information sharing purposes.
- Provide timely support to new construction projects to ensure continuity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, or construction-related field.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing plants and local construction codes.
- Understanding of utilities systems is highly desired.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, multimedia editing software, and excellent interpersonal skills.
