The IFL Lead is responsible for managing a team of 10 materials handlers and team-leads to deliver materials to engineering teams within a customer facility. Key responsibilities include managing inventory accuracy, developing a training program, and identifying improvements in coordination with a central program team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing a team of 10-20 people in a logistics, operations or production role, and a strong safety-first mentality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage in-fab materials team to maintain inventory accuracy and full traceability of all materials
- Efficiently manage space in clean room for storage of materials and oversee material handling
- Own onsite inventory and be the first point of escalation for material availability issues
- Develop and maintain a training program to ensure all team members are fully trained and effective
- Identify and implement improvements in coordination with a central program team
- Facilitate and coordinate in the planning of materials movements with ASML internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all customer housekeeping requirements are satisfied
- Comply with all safety requirements and maintain a strong safety culture in the team
- Manage manpower capacity planning and performance – day to day and long term
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred
- Experience of 5S and lean principles is advantageous
- 5 to 10 years of experience in managing a team of 10-20 people in a logistics, operations or production role
