Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex technical tasks, including process qualifications, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Your expertise will be utilized to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, as well as contribute to the development of global best practices.

You will work closely with customers, providing technical guidance and instruction on the operation and maintenance of our systems. Additionally, you will participate in customer meetings and escalations, communicating findings and suggestions to improve checklists and procedures.

This is a physically demanding position that requires extensive walking, standing, and working in tight spaces. You must be able to distinguish between colors, work in an environment with noise, and use hand and power tools. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs startups through Tier III, including process qualifications with assistance.
  • Troubleshoots key technical issues at the component level.
  • Diagnoses and recommends solutions for complex system downs.
  • Uses process data to diagnose hardware problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent travel (up to 10% of the time) and relocation may be eligible.
