JR57241 Construction Electrical Engineer

Construction Electrical Engineerは広島工場の新製造ライン、新工場設備に向けた電気設備に関してMicronのプロジェクトフローに従い計画から設計、建設工事、検査、教育を経て、維持管理チームへの引き渡しまでを担当業務とします。

その業務に当たっては国内各種法令、日本および国際規格、各種安全規格、Micron技術要件を順守した電気設備である必要があるため、日本法令上の技術基準の解釈においては電気設備の技術基準の解釈第7章 国際規格の取り入れに基づく必要があります。そのほかには同施設の調達コスト削減を積極的に推進するための積極的な海外調達品の評価、導入も必要で、同時に引き渡し後のメンテナスコストの削減も考慮することにより継続的に広島工場の運用コストの削減を達成します。

これらの業務の推進は適切なプロジェクトマイルストーンを設定し複数回の技術解析やBCP、FMEA、RA、SIPP、JHA、PTW(これに限らない)によるリスク解析および評価をプロジェクト期間中に行う必要もあります。

災害・事故を撲滅して安全で快適な電気設備の導入と職場環境を作るとともに、発生した際の被害をコントロール可能な範囲に抑えることも重要な任務です。

職務内容:

  • Facility電気設備の計画、設計、購入・設置工事、検証(試運転)JIS C 60364(IEC 60364)に準拠したTN-S方式の低圧電気工事IEC61936に準拠したうえで日本の法的技術要件も準拠した特別高圧・高圧電気工事JIS Z 9290およびJIS A 4201に準拠した外雷保護及び内雷保護接地システム工事多くのMicron Standardに定義された設計要件・技術要件、Fab15のBCP/FMEAに適合した電気システム構築国内法令,FM Global ,NEC,NFPA,UL規格及びMicron EHS standardに定義されたすべての安全性を満足する計画、設計、機器選定、施工設計から引き渡しまでの間、米国コミッショニング協会の定義するコミッショニングプロセスに基づく品質管理(適合評価・検証)、ドキュメントコントロール、教育担当範囲におけるプロジェクトマネジメント要求される容量、電源仕様(これに限らない)の評価、調整仕様、数量、コスト、schedule、スペース、安全のマネジメント
  • Contractorやsupplierに対するMicron要求の周知・教育・評価
  • Contractorやsupplierから提示される設計、提案、各種図書、作業計画、作業手順書、各種リスクアセスメントに対する適合確認と上長への承認依頼。
  • 国外調達も積極的に利用した調達コストの削減、維持管理コストの低減。
  • 電気システムの高い安全性・検出/記録能力・堅牢性・復元性、施工中における高い安全性維持リスクアセスメント、FMEAに基づいた設計及び調達品評価リスクアセスメント、Micron EHS standardに基づいた安全性を確保した施工Micron EHS standardの定める安全監理システム,ルールに準拠した高い安全監理
  • 電気エンジニアリングソフトウェアを使用した健全性解析とその評価
  • 導入システムに関する基本的な運転方案、操作手順の策定、トレーニング、文書化
  • 必要となる各種官庁調整・協議、法令上の手続き
  • 最新(海外含む)における関連技術の収集
  • 業務効率化

    • 要件:

    (必須要件)

  • 高専もしくは大学卒に準ずる電気・物理に関する知識
  • 第3種電気主任技術者以上の資格もしくは同等の知識、業務実績
  • 電気図面/電気施工図の読解力
  • FAT(工場検査)/SAT(現地検査)における評価・検証能力
  • 安全、防災、環境保全に関連する日本国内における一般的な知識・理解と関係法令の知識・理解
  • エクセル、パワーポイント、ワード、CAD等を含む基本的なPCスキル
  • 他メンバーと協働できるコミュニケーション能力
  • 科学的思考に基づいた問題解決能力
  • 優先度を考慮したマルチタスク能力
  • 報告・連絡・問題点のエスカレーション能力

    • (望ましい要件)

  • 電気設備、接地設備、電気工事、安全、防災、環境保全に関連するIEC(JIS取り込み済みの場合にはそちらでもよい)、NEC、NFPA、SEMI、FM Globalに関する一般的知識・理解
  • JIS C 60364(IEC60364)に準拠した低圧電気工事の設計もしくは施工実務実績
  • IEC61936に準拠した高圧電気工事の設計もしくは施工実務実績
  • JIS Z 9290およびJIS A 4201に準拠した外雷保護及び内雷保護接地システムの実務実績
  • 日本における工場向けの一般的仕様の電気工事の設計もしくは施工実務実績
  • エネルギー管理士(電気)の資格
  • 電気エンジニアリングソフトウェア(E-TAP)を使用した業務実績
  • 8D問題解決法に基づいた問題解決の実績
  • 半導体工場のプロセス/Facility設備の基本的理解(3年以上の実務経験)
  • 基礎的な英語理解、英語によるコミュニケーション(グローバルメンバーとの協働)
  • 部門横断的な環境下での業務
  • 問題を解決するための知見を得るために必要な教育を自ら認識できる能力
