Job Title: WET Process & Equipment Engineer (MFG PEE)

A Process and Equipment Engineer (PEE) is responsible for maintaining production line health through troubleshooting, risk assessment, fab start up, and tool release. They also oversee process/hardware optimization to enhance product quality, improve yield, reduce cost, and maximize capacity output. In WET Process, the PEE utilizes various chemicals, gases, or vapors to effectively remove particles and contaminants from semiconductor wafers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve process conditions and technology
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost
• Establish and modify process management projects
• Set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials
• Analyze and improve abnormal occurrences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering
• Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry in process-related position

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
