As a Senior Supply Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing the supply strategy for the assigned supply network. This includes managing the team responsible for preparing and optimizing operational and tactical planning, balancing demand, inventory, and production capacity, and identifying constraints and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all activities are executed in line with HSE/Quality rules, regulations, procedures, instructions, guidelines, and promoting awareness thereof. Key performance indicators include delivery on time in full (OTIF), capacity utilization of the network, forecast accuracy RMR/RMN, product portfolio, number of articles and formulations, IBP maturity level, inventory levels, working capital, waste, raw material stock-outs, finished goods stock-outs, compliance with quality/HSE/environment standards, and performance against annual plan and budget. Required qualifications include a university degree in supply chain, operations, economics, technical engineering, or similar field, native Japanese language ability, business-level English, at least 5 years of experience in demand, supply, and planning (IBP) in the animal feed industry or other relevant industries, excellent knowledge of ERP tools, Microsoft Office, and strong numerical capability. Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, analytical, and business awareness skills are also required. Estimated salary is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
