【具体的な業務】

・中途採用施策の設計、実行(求める人材像へのリーチやデータの活用・分析、プロセス改善、各種手続き含む)

・求人リリースから母集団形成、書類選考、面談調整、内定までの一連のプロセスの管理、実行

・現場やエージェント等の関係者のニーズ調整や連携強化

・メンバーの育成・マネジメント(ご経験に応じて)

【働き方】

・在宅勤務あり。入社後しばらくは出社頂くことを想定しています。

応募資格 ■必須要件

・事業会社やコンサルファーム、シンクタンク等における中途採用業務の実務経験

内、面談調整含む採用プロセス全般の運用経験(2年以上)

・細部に目が行き、主体的に採用プロセスを回していただける方

・現場やエージェント等の多様な関係者との折衝・調整力

■歓迎要件

・採用戦略や施策の企画・立案、実行経験

・採用プロセスの改善経験

・これから採用施策の立案や実行に関わっていきたい方

・リーダーとしてメンバーを育成した経験
