【仕事内容】
中途採用・新卒採用を中心としたリクルーティングをお任せします。人材紹介エージェントとの関係構築に加え、求人票のブラッシュアップ、
スカウト業務、オウンドメディア活用など、採用実務のご経験を活かし、同社の未来を担う人材の獲得をお願いします。
希望と適性によって社員面談や各種制度策定など、チャレンジできる領域は多岐にわたります。
<募集採用>
採用計画策定、KGI/KPI計画管理 応募者対応、応募者情報管理、面接調整 応募者書類選考、面接実施
募集要項作成、メール文等各種テンプレート作成 採用管理ツールの導入活用
人材紹介エージェント・メディア対応、スカウトメール配信 転職フェア等イベント出展の企画および実施
- 自社リクルーティングサイト構築運用、オウンドメディア立上げ運用、SNS運用
<社員定着エンゲージメント向上>
- 入社時オリエンテーション ?オンボーディング対応 ?メンターコミュニケーション等の実施
社内リレーション活性化 各種社内イベント企画推進 内定式・入社式準備運営、全社会議運営支援

【年収・給与】
400万円~570万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
