This role is critical for managing the performance of Sales Development reps. Both Inbound & Outbound reps feed the go to marketing team with high quality meetings in order to create opportunities in order to generate new business for Similarweb.
As Team Manager, Sales Development,you will be expected to hire, mentor & train reps to perform at the highest level and reach their team completed meeting & opp target. As well as close won.
You will impact processes to inbound flow & outbound activities, reps performance, rep growth, and regional KPIs
