Tokyo Infineon Technologies Full time

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Developer Success Manager to join our global Developer Experience team at Infineon. You will play a critical role in driving developer engagement, satisfaction, and advocacy, through various online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for developers in Japan who use our products & services, ensuring they have the resources, support, and guidance needed to be successful, which in turn will drive further adoption of our products in the region.

  • Create strategies and programs working with a global team of developer success managers, to build and maintain strong relationships with developers in Japan
  • Act as the voice of regional developers, advocating their needs and feedback to the global product and engineering teams, to ensure proper enhancements are implemented on time
  • Create and localize documentation, tutorials, and other resources to meet the specific needs of the regional developer community
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop content that highlights developer success stories and promote Infineon services provided in the region
  • Organize and participate in regional developer events, meetups, hackathons, and conferences to promote engagement, community building and brand advocacy
  • Own and improve incentive programs designed for regional developers

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Native level Japanese language skills
  • English language skills (TOEIC 750 or higher) / Business English skill
  • PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Team Collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in developer success, customer success, or managing developer communities
  • Efficient communication skills
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry would be a plus
  • Digital marketing expertise would be a plus
  • Self-motivated, passionate, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Process-oriented, with strong analytical and time management skills
