Tokyo Similarweb

The Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they derive real business value from Similarweb.

This is achieved through the CSM's ability to position our SaaS platform as an integral part of the client's business, thereby creating mutual success.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager on our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with small to medium-business customers, working closely with them to maximize the value derived from our platform and data.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Managing long-term partnerships with customers of our Market Intelligence solution
  • Increasing user engagement and facilitating product adoption
  • Securing timely renewals and minimizing churn
  • Developing strategies to increase retention and reduce attrition rates
  • Identifying opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strategies using Similarweb data to help your customers achieve their business goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing and/or commercially-focused account management, customer success or sales roles
  • Self-motivation, organization, and effective time management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Bonus requirements include:
    • Experience working within SaaS
    • Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and trends
