【仕事内容】

調理業務を中心にお任せいたします。

・食材の仕込み

・寿司の握り、提供

・一品料理や巻物などの調理 など

経験とスキルに応じて先輩が丁寧に教えていきます。

・400万円(月給33万円+他):未経験1年目

・470万円(月給34.8万円+他):経験者3年目

・640万(月給43万+他):店長

「銚子丸学校」を始めとする独自の教育システムが未経験の方もすぐに活躍できる仕組み。未経験の方でも最短15日で寿司が握れるようになるほか、魚のおろし方、ネタの仕込み方などを基礎をじっくり学べます

  • 昔ながらの修行感ゼロ

女性寿司職人も活躍しています。

修行という概念が無い職場で寿司職人として活躍できます

基礎となる鮨の握り方、魚の捌き方。

難易度の高いヒラメ、イカ、貝類などの扱い方。

出汁の取り方、刺身、創作寿司の考案など。

9:00~22:00(シフト制・休憩1hあり)

21時に営業終了するため、終電の心配は一切ございません。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 340000円 ~ 380000円

試用期間3か月・条件変動なし

※給与額は経験・能力・前職給与を考慮した上で決定します。

※固定残業時間30時間/45,000円~を含む

※超過分は1分単位で別途支給いたします
