ビジョン
私たちのビジョンは「後世で振り返った時に、NABLASの存在が次世代の発展に大きく貢献したと評価されるような、良き先人となる」ことです。
深層学習技術が発端となった第三次AIブームにより、AI技術は急速に発展しており、画像・音声・動画などあらゆるメディアを生成可能な生成AI、大規模言語モデル(LLM)を活用した「ChatGPT」、自動運転、AI医療、AI農業などあらゆる産業に大きな変革が訪れようとしています。技術が大きく進化する一方で、人と技術を繋いで橋渡しとしての役割を担いながら困難な課題を解決に導いていく存在が必要とされています。
私たちは、そのような役割を担いながら、単純労働からの開放、労働者・後継者不足の解消、AI時代の社会問題の解決といった多くの人々や社会にとって意義のある取り組みに挑戦し、次世代の礎となるような遺産を築くために日々研究開発や人材育成に取り組んでいます。
その目標達成に向けて、私たちは様々なAI技術の開発を行っています。特に、近年広く普及した生成AIで作られたフェイク情報拡散による社会的影響に対抗するための、ディープフェイク検知技術の開発や、製造業における製品品質の安定化や業務の自動化・効率化、後継者不足に貢献するような外観検査AIなどの開発にも取り組んでいます。

■組織構成
世界トップクラスのAI研究開発拠点となることを目指し、特にDeep Learning技術に特化した高い専門性を持つメンバーが集まって日々研究、ビジネス研究開発を行っています。

フルリモート中心の働き方を採用していますが、必要に応じてオフィスでの業務も可能です。オフィスは、38型大型曲面ディスプレイやアーロンチェアを全席に設置するなど、技術を支えるエンジニアが働きやすい技術者ファーストな環境づくりにこだわっています。オフィスにはボルダリングボードを導入するなど集中力を維持するための仕組みも整えています。社内の座席はフリーアドレス制となっており、役員からインターンまでフラットな環境です。業務の効率化を目的としたChatGPT Plusの支援制度もあり、積極的に業務へ活用していただけます。

We embrace the mission "Discover the gradients, Towards the future" and continue to tackle difficult challenges daily as an AI research institute specializing in machine learning and deep learning.
We handle diverse data types including images, audio, time-series data, natural language (text), and tabular data. We analyze and identify the nature of data and challenges, then build optimal algorithms and system architectures.While AI technology is rapidly evolving, we incorporate the latest technological trends through continuous research, and commit broadly to the entire problem-solving flow from data analysis, model construction, system development, to operational deployment (MLOps, DevOps) to ensure project success.

- AI Human Resource Development (iLect) Business
We offer AI educational content officially licensed from the University of Tokyo and AI courses developed independently by our company.
We provide a wide range of courses including AI development engineer training to solve challenges with AI, courses for data scientists and project managers, and AI generalist training courses for advancing AI business utilization.
We also provide our independently developed scientific computing platform "iLect System," which allows users to easily access high-performance GPU computing environments without complex environment setup.
The iLect System is used not only for large-scale corporate training but also in research and development settings.Vision

Due to the third AI boom triggered by deep learning technology, AI technology is rapidly developing, and major transformations are about to occur across all industries through generative AI capable of creating images, audio, and videos, "ChatGPT" utilizing large language models (LLM), autonomous driving, AI healthcare, and AI agriculture.
While technology is evolving significantly, there is a need for entities that can bridge people and technology while solving difficult challenges.
We embrace this role and work daily on research, development, and human resource development to tackle meaningful initiatives for many people and society, such as liberation from simple labor, resolution of worker and successor shortages, and solving social problems in the AI era, building a legacy that will serve as the foundation for the next generation.
In particular, we work on developing deepfake detection technology to counter the social impact of fake information spread by generative AI that has become widespread in recent years, and visual inspection AI that contributes to product quality stabilization, automation and efficiency improvement in manufacturing, and addressing successor shortages.
