We serve Edomae sushi at a counter crafted from a single piece of Yoshino cypress.

You will be responsible for all culinary operations at the hotel's in-house Edomae sushi restaurant, "Rokuroku."

Additionally, as a team leader, you will coordinate tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations and assist the Sous Chef.
