調理スタッフをお任せします。

【具体的な仕事内容】
- 調理(鉄板焼き)
- 神戸牛をはじめ国産の黒毛和牛を調理し、
ゲストの前でカットします。
- メニューの立案
- 店舗の仲間と相談しながら、
季節のメニューなどを考案します。
入社後は、先輩のサポートからスタート。
徐々にひとり立ちを目指します。

基本給:月給 30万円 〜
固定残業代:あり
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
【経験者】月給30万円~
※上記には固定残業代(45時間分/8万5,200円)を含みます。超過分は全額支給いたします。
※未経験の方の場合は月給27万8,000円~(固定残業代6万4,595円/月39時間分)を含みます。超過分は全額支給いたします。

- アシスタントシェフ/月収30万円~35万円
- シェフ/月収35万円~50万円
- スーパーバイザー/月収50万円~(複数店管理)
- 執行役員/年収800万円~1,000万円以上(事業部管理)
