ターゲット顧客に対して、獣医学、製品、疾病情報、飼養管理等に関する学術情報および獣医学的な見地を含めたコンサルテーションサービスを 提供し、カスタマーチームと協働してビジネスの成長に努める。

個人目標を達成するとともに、チーム、事業部、他部門の目標達成にも貢献する。

【製品・疾病、テクニカル(獣医学的)知識】


•自社製品、競合製品に対する深い知識、疾病、治療、予防、疫学などの獣医学的知識、および業界全体に関わる専門知識を持つ。

【スキルの習得と実践】

ターゲット顧客に対して高いレベルでエンゲージメントを実施するための高度なスキルを習得し、かつ実践する。

1.プレゼンテーションスキル
•聴衆の人数と特性に応じた適切なプレゼンテーションを実施し、顧客の理解を得て行動してもらうことができる。

2.テクニカル・スキル
•新しいのテクニカルスキルを積極的に習得し、顧客エンゲージメント向上に活用し、かつチーム内で共有する。
•製品が提供できる価値について分析的かつ効果的なアプローチを用いて顧客に提示する。(例:生産性シミュレーターなど)

3.ITスキル
• MAXXの機能やデータを幅広く活用したり、リモートエンゲージメントツールを積極的に活用し、リモートでのプレゼンやディテーリングを高度なス キルで行うことができる。

4.ソフトスキル
•顧客からの複雑かつ高度な質問や提案を正しく理解する。顧客とのコミュニケーションのための複数のチャネルを効果的に活用して自社製品の 有効性および安全性に関する情報を適切かつ効果的に伝える。


•コミュニケーション・上司のサポートを得て、顧客やKOL、業界団体らと疾病のコントロールに関する深いディスカッションを行う。 また、学術情報の発信を通じて国内の獣医学の発展に寄与することができる。


•・リージョンおよびグローバルTSとコミュニケーションを行って、海外でのベストプラクティスを取り入れたり、海外へ日本 の状況を共有する


•英語・学術情報を英語で理解し、関係者との英語でのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う

【実行】


•顧客のビジネス環境を深く理解し、市場性、インサイトを踏まえ、自ら効果的なTSプランを立案する。


•上長とTSプランについて相談し、確実なPDCA (Plan Do Check Act)サイクルを実践する。


•主要なオピニオンリーダーや国内外の獣医師、リージョンおよびグローバルのTSおよび顧客とネットワーク構築し、友好な関係性を築く。


• Science for Healthier Animals を念頭に、エビデンスに基づき、顧客の経済的利益につながるソリューションについて実用的な提案を行う。


•疾病やワクチンプログラム、製品、新しいの獣医学トレンドなどについて、カスタマーコンサルタントや顧客、外部聴衆に対しトレーニングを企画・実 施する。


•上司のサポートの下、効果的な治験を企画、実施し、その結果をチームに共有する。


•専門分野において上司と相談しながら業界出版物(書籍、学会誌)の一部執筆に参画したり、獣医師学会やセミナーで論文発表を行うなど情報 発信を行う。


•リージョンおよびグローバルのTSとコミュニケーションを行って、海外でのベストプラクティスを取り入れたり、海外へ日本の状況を共有することが できる。
