担当領域において、自組織をリードしながら、広範かつ新しいの獣医学の知識をもって、ワクチン、医薬品等に関するマーケティング企画立案および実行、各種学術
情報の提供、ならびに社内外において製品・関連情報普及のための教育・トレーニングなどを展開する。
【ブランド戦略開発】
多様な関係者と協⼒してマーケティング戦略・計画(年次計画・中⻑期計画・上市戦略など)を作成し実施する。
・ マーケティングの知識を活用する。
・ 顧客インサイト・市場データの分析に基づき、顧客セグメントを適切に設定し、適切なターゲティングを推進する。
・ Global/Regional マーケティングの組織や活動方向についてある程度の理解がある。
・ PDRA/QA/L&D等の関連部署について理解し、連携する。
・ IRIS等のLaunchツールおよびLaunchプロジェクトのタスクプロセスを理解している。
・ 契約や業務マニュアルの内容や作成・見直しプロセスを理解し、カウンターパートとのコミュニケーションをサポートする。
【売上予測/予算計画/ ライフサイクル管理】
市場環境や⾃社・競合の状況を把握し、適切な売上予測を作成できる。ブランド価値を迅速化する予算計画・予算管理を実⾏する。
製品ライフサイクルマネジメントに必要な知識を有し、製品の利益を大きくする中長期戦略を策定する。
• 供給問題時の対応(在庫・特約店在庫、需要量を考慮し、製品割当を計算)を行い、デマンド予測プロセスを理解する。
• 製品のライフサイクル戦略の作成をサポートできる。
• 予算計画・管理の基本的な手順を理解し、実施できる。
【プロモーションプランの策定と実行】
製品価値の成長および顧客エンゲージメント向上のために、ブランド戦略に基づく質の高い、効率的なプロモーションプランを策定する
・ 疾病、製品、市場の状況を把握し、ブランド戦略に基づいて実行プランを策定する。
・ プロモーションコード、資材作成について基本的な業務手順(PromoMats、MAH-100, SOP/チェックリスト等)を理解し,作成する。
・ 顧客セグメントに応じたチャネル・コンテンツ戦略(デジタル含む)を計画し、実行する。
・ 広告代理店と良好なコミュニケーションのもと協業する。
・ ビジネススタンダート・業務手順に従って、関係部署と協力してイベントを実施する。
・ 営業プランについて理解するとともに、フィールドにおけるニーズについてヒアリングを実施する。
【KAM・KOL エンゲージメント/カスタマー & マーケット インサイト】
顧客と市場・製品・疾病に関する深い知識と理解を有すると共に、市場データや社内データ・営業・開発・グローバル・顧客インサイトを⼗分に活⽤し、マーケティング
戦略・計画に反映できる。顧客ディスカッション・市場分析・市場調査を実施する。
• 顧客インサイトを得たり、ブランド戦略の推進を目的として、KAMやKOLとコミュニケーションをとる。
• 疾病、製品(サービス含)、競合品(サービス含)を深く理解し、KAMやKOLにアウトプットする。
• 顧客、市場に関する知識を継続的に向上するとともに、適切なツールを用いて得られた市場動向・競合品上市や競合活動に関する情報を分析し、インサイトを得る。
【オムニ チャネル】
• ペルソナやカスタマージャーニーを考慮して、顧客/ユーザー目線で考えたニーズを施策に適用する。
• 担当業務で活用しているチャネルの特性を理解し、より効果的・効率的に活用するための施策を適用する。
• ツールやコンテンツの作成に際して、コンプライアンスや倫理を理解し、遵守する。
• UX/UIを高める工夫やテクニックを適用できる。(部分的な適用)
• 既存レポートの見かたを理解し、それを活用して施策の有用性を評価する。
• 既存レポートに含まれていなくても、比較的簡易に取得できるデータであれば自ら入手し、目的を達成するための分析を実施する。
• 各種データがどのデータベースにあるかを理解している。
• あらかじめ設定されたセグメントごとのチャネル・コンテンツ施策を理解し、実行する。
• データ分析によって算出された、ROIの観点から適切なプロモーションMIXがどのようなものであるかを理解し、それを実現するための施策に取り組む。
【コンプライアンス遵守】
• 事業部全体のコンプライアンス遵守、法規制(薬事法、独占禁止法、個人情報保護法等)の遵守を意識し、徹底する
