【製品・疾病、テクニカル 獣医学的)知識 】
疾病・治療、自社製品、競合品に関する正しい知識、獣医学的知識を積極的に習得する。
【スキルの習得と実践 】
ターゲット顧客に対して、エンゲージメントを実施できるスキルを習得し、実践する。
1.セリングスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル
基礎セリングスキルおよび基礎的なプレゼンテーションスキルを理解し、実践している。
2.テクニカル・スキル
製品によって提供できる価値について分析的なアプローチを用いて顧客に提示する。(例:生産性シミュレーターなど)
新しいテクニカルスキルを積極的に習得し、顧客エンゲージメント向上に活用する。
3IT スキル
業務に必要な PC 、アプリケーション、ソフトウエアについて理解を深め、適切に利用する。
リモートエンゲージメントの基礎的な機能を活用できる。
4.ソフトスキル
顧客からの基本的な質問や提案を正しく理解する。顧客コミュニケーションのための複数のツールを効果的に活用して自社製品の有効性およ
び安全性に関する基本的な情報を顧客に適切に伝える。
コミュニケーション ・ 社内、顧客とのコミュニケーションを口頭および文書によって効果的、効率的に行う。
話の内容・意図を適切な語彙、表現を用いて正確に伝える。
英語 ・ 職場において頻繁に話題になるトピックについて話の要点を理解する。

顧客のニーズや顧客が期待するサービスに対し、社内外で得られる知識、スキルを適切に提供して顧客を成功に導く。
【実行 】
1.テリトリーマネジメント
担当テリトリーのビジネス環境を理解し、テリトリーの市場性、インサイトを踏まえ、 上長の指導のもとに、効果的なテリトリープランを立案・実施
する。
KPI を遵守する。 (コール数、セグメントごとの訪問割合、コールノート、データベース更新、顧客情報収集、同行訪問等
顧客訪問を通してそれぞれの顧客のニーズや購買行動を特定する。
各事業部で定めた戦略上のセグメンテーションに基づいて、顧客の優先順位付け(ターゲティング)を行う。
基本的活動(ターゲット顧客に関する情報の交換や擦り合わせ、リベートおよびキャンペーンの進捗確認、製品紹介ミーティングや同行)を実
施し、特約店 セールス に 自社製品に注力してもらうようにコミュニケーションをとる。
2.チームへの貢献
上長、チームメンバーへの報告・連絡・相談を迅速に行い、自らアドバイスを仰ぐ。
チームメンバーとともに励ましあい、情報を共有し、自発的にチームメンバーのサポート、手助けを行うことでチームの活性化を促す。
テリトリー内で得られた顧客情報、競合情報(製品、戦略)について随時上長、チーム内、 BU 内で共有する。
