仕事内容
優秀層就活生を対象に、キャリアアドバイザーとして面談を実施し、候補者の方の志向性にフィットする成長企業をご紹介します。Dailyの面談件数を制限することで質の高い面談を追求しており、Dailyの平均は3件程度です。その後、志望企業への内定承諾までを一貫してサポートします。
単に企業紹介を担当するだけでなく、候補者との長期的な信頼関係を構築し、本人にとって本当に意味のあるキャリア支援を伴走して思考し、支援することが出来るポジションです。
スローガングループでは、1人の候補者の方に対して1回のご支援だけではなく、長期インターンや就職、転職といったキャリアにおけるターニングポイントでのご支援を複数回行うことが可能です。従って、長い時間軸の中でのお付き合いの中で、自社クライアントを一方的におすすめすることはせず、候補者が最も良い結果にたどりつけるよう、ときに厳しいフィードバックも行いながら、真摯に向き合います。その姿勢が評価され、口コミによって年々利用者が増加しています。
