Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project goals, scope, and deliverables by working closely with business owners, product managers, and technical teams
- Team &
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Facilitate clear communication and effective teamwork within the project team and with all external stakeholders
- Execution & Delivery: Oversee project execution to ensure it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards
- Risk Management: Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep the project on track
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and progress
- Budget &
Resource Management:
Develop and manage the project budget, tracking expenses and optimizing resource use
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all project deliverables are thoroughly tested and meet quality requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management as the main project manager, with a focus on software platform development
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software development projects
- Knowledge of software technologies, e.g., ecommerce, microservices, APIs, CMS systems, payment gateways, search engines
- Experience with SDLC
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, MS office
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
