ITインフラ(ハードウェア/ソフトウェア)のライフサイクル管理および資産管理
(サーバーサーバールームストレージネットワークCR設備)
スイッチルーターファイアウォール等のIT機器の点検・テストを実施し顧客のグローバルチームと密に連携
必要に応じたハードウェアの修理・交換手配ベンダーコーディネーション
外部サービス/製品ベンダーの作業管理
(契約書類作成PO申請契約管理および更新対応)
ITインフラ関連ドキュメントの保守・管理(SOP更新含む)
有線/無線ネットワークの安定稼働維持ネットワークおよび接続障害の報告
ローカルおよびグローバル管理チームへのエスカレーション
オンサイトにて検知されたネットワークアラートへの対応支援
要請に応じたLABおよび本番環境システムのセットアップ・設定支援
ローカルヘルプデスクチームおよびグローバルネットワークチームと連携しインフラ関連のトラブルシューティングおよびエスカレーション対応
Windows(Active Directoryおよびローカル)および各種ソフトウェアのアクセス権管理

ITプロセスおよび手順に関するドキュメント作成・維持管理
業務レポートの作成および提出(正確性・期限厳守)
プロジェクト管理および各種プロジェクト支援(必要に応じてタスクのリード)
インフラ関連の変更管理(変更要求の起票・管理)
スケジュール/突発対応を含む複数拠点へのオンサイトサポートのための出張対応
業務時間外対応や週末作業が発生する可能性あり
応募要件(必須)
デスクトップサポートまたはITインフラサポートの実務経験4~7年
インシデントチケット管理システムの利用経験
複数拠点への出張が可能な方
英語・日本語のバイリンガル(ビジネスレベル日本語:
JLPT N2相当)
インフラサポートに関する高い技術力と実務知識

Computacenter is seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our onsite role at our pharmaceutical client.
Infrastructure Engineer responsibilities
Lifecycle management and inventory management for IT Infrastructure hardware and software, Server, Server Rooms, Storage, Network and CR Facilities.
Inspection & Testing of IT equipment like switch, router and firewall, working closely with Customer Global teams.
Arrange repair or replacement of hardware with vendors as needed; Vendor coordination.
Oversee activities of outside service/product vendors including preparing contract papers, requesting for POs, contract management and renewals.
Maintenance of IT Infra documentation (including SOP updates).
Keep physical network up and running (Wired & Wireless) and report network and connectivity issues to local and global management.
Assist network team with identified network alerts onsite.Assist with the setup and configuring of LAB & Production Systems, when requested.
Coordinate with local Help-Desk Team and global Network Team in troubleshooting, and follow up on infra related topics when escalated.
Manage access rights for Windows (AD & local) and software.Other responsibilities
Coordinate and collaborate with customers global teams for incident resolution.
Coordinate with external vendors for scheduling, quotations and invoicing.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and procedures.
Generate and submit work reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Assist with project management and projects and take lead on tasks as required.
Assist with raising and managing change requests for infrastructure-related changes and work.
Travel to different work sites as required to provide on-site support on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
Some after business hours support and weekend work may be required.
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure support.
Experience working with incident ticketing management system.
Willingness to travel to multiple work sites.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (business level, JLPT N2).
Strong technical skills, including experience and knowledge of infrastructure support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time.
Project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects. Infrastructure project management experience is highly relevant to this role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience working closely with overseas IT departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
CCNA certification.
Work Location:
Based out of Customer office in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
This role will require periodic travel to various sites within Tokyo, as well as sites in Saitama.
Language Skills:
Must be bilingual with minimum JLPT N2 level reading/writing/speaking skills.
