Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of critical business applications through proactive monitoring and optimization
- Lead incident response and outage resolution, coordinating across teams to restore services quickly and effectively
- Leverage AI and machine learning to analyze logs and user behavior, predicting and preventing system issues before they occur
- Drive AI adoption within the support organization by providing training, documentation, and best practices
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce toil, improve efficiency, and minimize human error
- Design and maintain robust real time monitoring and alerting systems for early detection of anomalies
- Conduct blameless post incident reviews to identify root causes and implement long term corrective actions
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and deliver high impact AI driven improvements with measurable outcomes
-3+ years of relevant technology experience, including leadership or ownership of production systems and regional teams
- Strong expertise in IT service management (ITSM), observability, and AI enabled monitoring tools
- Hands on experience with AI models and frameworks such as GPT, Claude, and RAG based architectures
- Proven experience operating and troubleshooting production systems, including on call and incident response
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, including model training and deployment
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong engineering mindset with a focus on system reliability, scalability, and long term improvement
- Data driven approach to problem solving using metrics, logs, and trends to guide decisions and prevent recurrence
