As an AI Engineer, you will play a central role in integrating AI technologies into production systems and building the foundations of Xinobi's agent architecture.
Working closely with AI researchers, you'll translate cutting-edge models and algorithms into robust, scalable, and intelligent AI agent systems that combine memory, retrieval, reasoning, and action.
This is an implementation-driven engineering role—focusing on building, optimizing, and deploying AI systems that move beyond experimentation into production-level performance.
【Responsibilities】Design, develop, and operate core backend systems for Personal AI Agents
Integrate and optimize LLM, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and memory modules
Manage and orchestrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Hugging Face, etc.)
Build memory and retrieval pipelines (short- and long-term) using Faiss, Milvus, Pinecone, etc.
Design and refine prompting, tool execution, and logging pipelines to ensure reproducibility and reliability
Implement and debug agent reasoning loops (Planning / Reasoning / Acting)
Collaborate with frontend, cloud, and API engineers for end-to-end system integration
Tune inference pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost optimization
Build benchmarking and evaluation frameworks for both internal and external LLMs
Implement experimental pipelines (LoRA / DPO / SFT) and continuous model evaluation processes
【Requirements (MUST)】
Professional experience in AI or backend development using Python (FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, Django, etc.)
Hands-on experience building or operating LLM-based or generative AI systems (API-based or on-premise)
Understanding of RAG and agent architectures (memory, retrieval, tool execution, etc.)
Experience with vector databases (Faiss, Milvus, Weaviate, Pinecone, etc.)
Proficiency in API design, asynchronous programming, and distributed architecture
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with team-based development (Git, CI/CD, issue tracking tools)
【Preferred Qualifications (WANT)】
Proven experience deploying AI/LLM systems into production environments
Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, or inference optimization (LoRA, RAG, RLHF, etc.)
Experience building MLOps / LLMOps pipelines (Weights & Biases, MLflow, BentoML, etc.)
Experience designing memory and retrieval pipelines for RAG systems
Experience operating AI workloads on cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
Ability to read and reproduce academic papers in English
Experience working in international or cross-functional teams
