事業内容:
大企業のコンタクトセンターオペレーターに対してAIによる問い合わせの自動化または半自動化を行うプロダクト (受電、メール、チャット等) を開発中です。
現在クライアントは大手通信会社、保険会社、フィンテック決済会社、駐車場運営事業会社等の複数のエンタープライズの顧客向けにソリューションを提供しております。
生成AIを活用したプロダクト開発に興味のあるエンジニア、実際の事業インパクトのあるプロダクト開発に興味があり、プロダクトを0から開発するメンバーを募集中です
技術スタック
フロントエンド:
TypeScript, React 19, Tailwind CSS v4, Shadcn UI, Drizzle ORM

働き方
フルタイムまたはパートタイム:
パートタイムの場合、週10~20時間程度(ご状況によって要相談)
ハイブリッド・フレックス(休日・夜間の稼働でも問題ありません)
週1~2回の30-60分程度のキャッチアップ+Slackの非同期コミュニケーション
スタートアップでお互いのフィットもあるため、まずは1ヶ月程度の業務委託でお試しし、その後長期にシフトする形も可能です

- Position Description (ENGLISH)
We are developing a product that automates or semi-automates inquiries handled by large enterprise contact center operators (via phone calls, email, chat, etc.) using Gen AI.
Our clients are includes major telecommunications, insurance companies, fintech payment companies, and parking management operators.We are looking for engineers interested in developing AI-powered software, who want to build from scratch and create solid products that deliver real business impact.
Tech StackFrontend:
TypeScript, React 19, Tailwind CSS v4, Shadcn UI, Drizzle ORM
Backend:
Python, , FastAPI, LiveKit agent
Infrastructure:
AWS, GitHub Actions
Protocols:
REST API, WebSocket, SIP
Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong software engineering background
Experience with building and deploying software
Experience with model fine-tuning using LoRA or Adapters
Experience with OSS contributions or personal development projects
Knowledge of telecommunications and audio technologies
Nice to have
Agile development in a rapidly changing environment like a small startup
Interest in developing products that incorporate generative AI
Contribution to open-source software
Work Conditions & Style
Full-time or part-time: for part-time, approx. 10–20 hours per week (flexible depending on your situation)
Remote and flexible schedule (working on weekends or evenings is fine as long as you deliver results)
Weekly catch-up 1–2 times (30–60 minutes each) plus asynchronous communication on Slack
Since we are a startup and mutual fit is crucial, you can start with a one-month contract basis and then transition to a long-term engagement if that works well for both sides
