この度、APEX-RoW Technology Solutions (ARTS)は、FC Network Planning チームと共に、FCのオペレーションを、テクノロジーで意欲的に支える、顧客志向のBusiness Intelligence Engineerを募集します。本ポジションは、日本全国のAmazon Fulfillment Network全体から取得するBig Dataを効率的に有効活用して、オペレーション部門が継続的にお客様のために、コスト削減、配送スピードの向上、セレクションの拡大をしていくことに貢献します。オペレーションの課題にデータ分析、データパイプライン構築、データ可視化などの最新の手法を提供することで、標準化、自動化、最適化を推進します。

Key job responsibilities
データ分析によりアクション可能な施策の提案を行いFCオペレーションの課題解決をサポートする
データパイプラインを構築し一連のプロセスを自動化する
メトリクス、レポート、ダッシュボードを設計・開発する
ステークホルダーと丁寧なコミュニケーションを行い、本質的なニーズを明らかにし、あるべき姿を提案できる
社内におけるデータハンドリングのベストプラクティスを顧客に提供し、データを最大限に活用できるメカニズムを構築する
A day in the life
平均的な一日の業務の流れは以下の通りです。
毎日のスタンドアップミーティングに出席し、ステータスのアップデートを行う
社内のステークホルダーとミーティングをしてニーズを確認する
仕様をまとめてデザインドキュメントを作成する
BI分析/ソリューションを開発する
新しいBIテクノロジーについて学ぶ
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
情報工学、コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、数学、物理、などの学士号
ビジネス分野における3年以上のデータ分析経験
ビジネス要件の集約、BIツールを使用してのデータ抽出、KPI策定、データ可視化、レポート作成などの3年以上の経験
大規模なデータセットを使い複雑で高度に最適化されたSQLを作成した実務経験
スクリプトまたはコンピューティング言語の経験(例:Pythonなど)
日本語が流暢で、ビジネス上のドキュメント作成やメールでのコミュニケーションが英語でできる
多国籍/多様性のあるグループで働くことができる
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
