この度、APEX-RoW Technology Solutions (ARTS)は、FC Network Planning チームと共に、FCのオペレーションを、テクノロジーで意欲的に支える、顧客志向のBusiness Intelligence Engineerを募集します。本ポジションは、日本全国のAmazon Fulfillment Network全体から取得するBig Dataを効率的に有効活用して、オペレーション部門が継続的にお客様のために、コスト削減、配送スピードの向上、セレクションの拡大をしていくことに貢献します。オペレーションの課題にデータ分析、データパイプライン構築、データ可視化などの最新の手法を提供することで、標準化、自動化、最適化を推進します。

Key job responsibilities
- データ分析によりアクション可能な施策の提案を行いFCオペレーションの課題解決をサポートする
- データパイプラインを構築し一連のプロセスを自動化する
- メトリクス、レポート、ダッシュボードを設計・開発する
- ステークホルダーと丁寧なコミュニケーションを行い、本質的なニーズを明らかにし、あるべき姿を提案できる
- 社内におけるデータハンドリングのベストプラクティスを顧客に提供し、データを最大限に活用できるメカニズムを構築する
A day in the life
平均的な一日の業務の流れは以下の通りです。
- 毎日のスタンドアップミーティングに出席し、ステータスのアップデートを行う
- 社内のステークホルダーとミーティングをしてニーズを確認する
- 仕様をまとめてデザインドキュメントを作成する
- BI分析/ソリューションを開発する
- 新しいBIテクノロジーについて学ぶ
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- 情報工学、コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、数学、物理、などの学士号
- ビジネス分野における3年以上のデータ分析経験
- ビジネス要件の集約、BIツールを使用してのデータ抽出、KPI策定、データ可視化、レポート作成などの3年以上の経験
- 大規模なデータセットを使い複雑で高度に最適化されたSQLを作成した実務経験
- スクリプトまたはコンピューティング言語の経験(例:Pythonなど)
- 日本語が流暢で、ビジネス上のドキュメント作成やメールでのコミュニケーションが英語でできる
- 多国籍/多様性のあるグループで働くことができる
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
