Role Outline:
This is a newly created Business Intelligence Analyst position, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations. You will play a key role in turning complex data into clear insights that directly influence business strategy and performance.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, visibility, and working in a collaborative, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to translate business questions into data insights
- Improve data quality, reporting processes, and BI best practices
- Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong skills in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
- Solid SQL and data-handling capability; Excel experience essential
- Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Business-focused mindset with curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Japanese and/or English business-level communication skills (either is acceptable depending on experience)
