A leading global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Manager and Senior Manager, Business Intelligence within Commercial Analytics & Insights team to support business strategy and brand performance across multiple inline and pipeline products in Japan.
As a strategic partner to the Business Unit, this role will lead commercial insights, forecasting, and analytics, delivering high-quality market and sales analysis to maximize brand value. The position plays a key role in coordinating national and subnational analytics and translating data into actionable strategic insights using market research, real-world data, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- Drive Japan Commercial Insights and forecasting activities for a dedicated Brand including primary market research, secondary analytics, short and long-term product forecasts, and brand performance tracking.
- Address business issues and opportunities through relevant analytical approaches
- Provide an objective and rigorous point of view to sales forecasting and product performance while collaborating with relevant functions (commercial, medical, V&A, regulatory, etc)
- Work to translate the primary market research findings into actionable insights and be able to influence the team's decision making accordingly
- Manage several projects, and plan & manage works to ensure that quality expectations are met on individual projects
- Use insightful, innovative, and practical solutions to complex problems
