We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our team in Tokyo in a hybrid position.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Design and implement generative AI solutions
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines — integrating vector databases, embeddings, and document retrieval systems to enhance LLM accuracy with domain-specific data.
Designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications on Azure — leveraging Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and AI agents — while integrating Azure AI services, managing APIs, and ensuring production-grade reliability and performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Japanese native or fluent (Read/Write/Speak/Hear), English skill is not necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
