- アプリケーションのローカライズを実施し、日本国内のお客様向けサポートを提供

• IT部門、事業部門、およびAPAC/グローバルITチームとの連携窓口として対応

- 戦略的なビジネスニーズや成長計画を理解し、ビジネスの文脈で課題を評価
- トラブルシューティングや問題解決を通じて、IT製品・サービスの品質を向上
- ビジネス要件を満たす技術的ソリューションを特定
- チケットシステムを使用して課題やリクエストを優先順位付け、追跡、エスカレーション
- クロスファンクショナルチームと協力し、プロジェクトの円滑な実行を支援
- 技術的なシステム設計、ビジネスモデル、プロセスの分析
- 回帰テストや負荷テストなどのQA/QC活動を実施
- レポート作成、記録管理、データ分析を通じてビジネス判断をサポート

A Global Wellness firm is looking for a bilingual Junior IT Business Analyst who will be supporting the business in terms of application localization, enhancing the quality of IT products and services, assessing each issue and finding technological solutions to business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct application localization and provide support for customers in Japan
• Serve as liaison between IT, business units, and APAC/Global IT teams
• Understand strategic business needs, growth plans, and assess issues with business context
• Enhance the quality of IT products and services through troubleshooting and problemsolving
• Identify technological solutions to meet business requirements
• Prioritize, track, and escalate issues and requests using ticketing systems
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Analyze technical system designs, business models, and processes
• Conduct QA/QC activities, including regression and load testing
• Produce reports, maintain records, and analyze data to support business decisions
