What You'll Do
- Lead
end-to-end recruitment
across all departments, ensuring a timely and high-quality supply of talent. - Partner with leaders on
workforce planning
to align hiring strategies with business growth. - Design and manage the
Internship Programme
, nurturing emerging talent and supporting career pathways. - Build and maintain
partnerships
with universities, colleges, and local communities to strengthen our talent pipeline. - Drive
local employer branding initiatives
through creative campaigns, events, and digital storytelling. - Champion an exceptional
candidate experience
from first contact to onboarding.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in
recruitment or talent acquisition
(hospitality or travel experience a plus). - Proven success in
employer branding, partnerships
, and
internship programme management
. - Excellent communication skills in
Japanese and English
. - Strong understanding of
Japan's employment landscape
and labour regulations. - A proactive, relationship-driven mindset and passion for connecting people with opportunity.
