newly created role
within our Japan Talent Acquisition team - one designed to make a real impact. As a
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
, you'll be empowered to take ownership of interview scheduling and play a critical role in enabling our recruiters to focus on strategic hiring activities. This is a unique opportunity to help design and implement processes that reduce administrative burden and improve overall team efficiency.
*What You'll Do*
- Lead and manage interview scheduling across a wide range of roles - from entry-level to senior leadership - ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to anticipate scheduling needs and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Take initiative to design and implement scheduling workflows and coordination structures that improve speed, accuracy, and transparency.
- Support hiring and onboarding logistics such as training coordination and calendar management for new hires.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
- Deliver high-quality work by following established procedures while contributing ideas to improve them.
