UX/UI系に関する募集職種 HRBP担当(採用・育成・制度運用の実行責任者)

~急拡大するクリエイター組織において、採用だけでなく、採用後の「定着・育成・評価制度の運用」までを一気通貫でリードし、組織の成長痛を解消する役割を担います。 ~

■ 勤務地 東京 ■ 等級レベル エキスパート(B1~A1) ■ 部署案内 トヨタコネクティッドのエクスペリエンスデザイン部は、トヨタ自動車を中心とするグループ各社とともに新規サービス立ち上げや事業開発を担う専門家組織で、特に顧客体験の視点を大切にしています。社員一人一人をプロフェッショナル、専門家集団と位置付け、個人と組織の成長を結びつけることを目的とした取り組みを実施しています。数年前数名で立ち上がったチームが2023年に部格化し、現在は80名ほどの組織に成長しています(2025年現在)。 ■ 具体的な業務内容 急拡大する組織・事業を採用労務人事面から支え、事業の加速させることができる方を募集します。

既存のみならず新規プロジェクトが急拡大するなか、組織の体制を強化している状況です。各業務チームの『パートナー』として、部内の人事領域における戦略から実行フェーズまで幅広く携わりたい方を募集します。

〇具体的な業務内容:※主な業務領域としては以下の通りです。

(1)エクスペリエンスデザイン部における採用業務

・採用計画策定から実行(採用ニーズの分析と要件定義・JD作成・選考設計)

・人事戦略及び要員計画立案

・採用広報活動

・各採用チャネルの最適化(エージェントリレーション構築や、ダイレクトスカウトチャネルなど)

(2)労務管理及び組織開発

・配属メンバーが早期活躍できるような育成支援やキャリアアップに向けサポートの推進

(新入社員の初期教育の実施、教育施策の策定、教育コンテンツの作成・提供、受講進捗などの管理など)

・オンボードプログラムの制度化など

・部内の目標、評価、処遇、配置、退社に関連する制度の運用

・部内コミュニケーション施策の立案から実施など

【業務の比重】

時期によりますが、想定している業務ウエイトは 「採用:40%」「組織開発・制度運用・育成:60%」 です。

採用計画の達成はもちろんですが、それ以上に「入社後のメンバーがいかに早期活躍できるか」

「80名規模の組織に適した評価運用ができるか」といった組織課題の解決にコミットいただきます。

・自身の活動が組織全体の成果に直結するため、大きな達成感を得られます。 ■ 採用の背景 現在、エクスペリエンスデザイン部では年間数十名規模で新規採用/組織拡大が進行しており、組織課題が変化しています。また、デザイナー、エンジニア、ビジネスアナリスト、プロジェクトマネージャーなど複数職種の採用を行っています。その中で変わりゆく組織課題にスピーディーに対応していくための組織力強化を目的としております。これから更なる事業成長を目指す中で、事業目標および計画に深くかかわりを持ち、事業成長のための戦略的な採用・育成・配置など、能動的な攻めの人事戦略を実現するため、人財強化が募集の背景です。 ■ 成長ポイント ・部内における人事領域の上流の戦略検討から施策の実施といった実務レベルまで担当頂き、自身の活動が組織成長に直結するため、組織の成長に合わせてご自身の成長を感じることができる。 ■ 対象となる方 学歴不問

<応募資格/応募条件>

■必須条件:

・HRBP担当、部門採用担当などの採用計画の策定から実行(採用に関わる面談や面接)までのご経験を3年以上お持ちの方

・5名以上のメンバーに対する「ピープルマネジメント」経験3年以上

※業務の進捗管理だけでなく、「人事評価(査定)」「目標設定」「キャリア面談」「労務対応」の実施経験を含みます。

※リーダー職(プレイングマネージャーとしてのタスク管理中心)のご経験のみの方は、本ポジションの期待役割と異なります。 )

・事業会社、スタートアップ企業での人材開発、組織開発のご経験

・採用業務「以外」の人事領域(制度企画・運用、人材開発、労務のいずれか)における主担当としての実務経験

※採用リクルーター専任のご経験のみの方は対象外となります。
