職務内容:
・投資顧問グループのチームマネジメント(マネジャーとして採用された場合)

・年金ファンド(一任口座契約)のバックオフィス業務

  • 顧客報告書作成
  • 約定処理(海外サブマネジャーとの連携)
  • 証券・資金残高リコンサイル
  • 会計システムへの記帳処理
  • 法定報告書作成
  • パフォーマンス計測
  • 社内関係部署、海外拠点へのデータ提供

・新規顧客オンボーディング

・SOC1レポート作成のサポート

・外部カウンターパーティとの折衝、コミュニケーション(受託銀行、ブローカー等)

・チーム内の資料、トレーニングプラン作成などのマネジメントタスク

必須のスキル・経験:
・以下システムの経験があるのが特に望ましい

  • T-Star RX, GX
  • Bloomberg
  • Omgeo CTM
  • Syntax

・運用会社、信託銀行またはNRIPIでの実務経験があるのが望ましい

有れば尚可のスキル・経験:
・ピープル・マネジメント

・プロジェクト・マネジメントスキル

・英語 TOIEC 700
・EUCスキル

残業は20-40時間程度

給与:
 

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。
通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)
変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)

勤務時間:
フレックス制度については募集案件によって記載
原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間。フレックス制度あり)
