主な職務内容:
脳神経内科医を中心とするステークホルダーに対して、医薬品・医療機器に関する情報の提供・収集・伝達を担当し、質の高いサービスで効果性を以下の指標で図る。

担当する地域での効果的な営業活動と主要製品の売上を拡大する
市場分析と入手出来る情報の活用を通じて全ての機会を活かし、売り上げの達成、もしくは最大化を図る
適切なリソースを効果的に活用し、主要顧客に対する売り上げを促進する
主要顧客に対する戦略の立案・実行を行う
知識を深めてもらうため、業界関係者向けにプレゼンや、プログラムをスポンサーする
必要に応じて継続した教育の機会を提供する
市場を取り巻くビジネス環境変化、最新治療法・症例等に関し、継続的に独習を続ける

資格


必要とする能力、技能:
MR経験5年以上
PCスキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
オンラインスキル(Teams/Zoom/Veeva-Engage)
基幹病院または大学病院の担当経験
希少疾患領域など、症例ベースの治療提案の経験
全国転勤が可能な方


学歴と保有資格:
四年制大学卒業以上の方
MR(医薬情報担当者)認定証
普通自動車免許
