TBMは、2011年の創業以来、気候変動や資源枯渇といった地球規模の環境・社会課題に挑むGX分野(カーボンニュートラル/サーキュラーエコノミー)のユニコーン・スタートアップです。
環境配慮型の新素材LIMEX(CO2由来、鉱物由来のプラスチック代替素材)や再生材の開発、プラスチックのリサイクル工場の運営を通じて、圧倒的な規模とスピードで挑戦を続けています。

TBM(Times Bridge Management)には、「進みたい未来へ、橋を架ける」 という想いが込められています。第二創業期とも言えるTBMは、サステナビリティを経営の根幹に据えて、GX(グリーントランスフォーメーション)分野で環境配慮型の素材のビジネス、資源及び炭素循環ビジネスを通じて、脱炭素と循環型社会の形成を目指す研究開発型(ディープテック)のスタートアップです。グローバルに新素材と資源循環のモデルを普及させるサプライチェーンの構築が進んでいます。
数少ない日本のユニコーン企業として、サステナビリティ(持続可能性)のビジネス領域でグローバルのトップ・プレイヤーになることを目指しています。
事業の主軸は、炭酸カルシウム(石灰石、CO2由来)などの無機物を主原料とする新素材LIMEXや再生材の開発及びLIMEX素材、再生材を使用した製品の製造・販売、そして、昨今、大きな課題となっているプラスチックの資源循環を促進するための資源循環事業です。
プラスチックに代わる新素材LIMEXは、カンブリア宮殿、WBS、ガイアの夜明け、Forbes、ブルームバーグなど多くのメディアで注目を頂いています。また、2019年、日本経済新聞「NEXTユニコーン調査」にて、弊社は日本で史上6社目のユニコーン企業となり、現在、国内のスタートアップの中でTOP10にランクインする企業価値(日本経済新聞 NEXTユニコーン調査 推計企業価値1,339億円)となっています。

仕事内容
LIMEXをはじめとする環境配慮型素材でユニコーン企業へと成長したTBMが、次なる柱として「AI事業」を本格始動させます。
すでにフェーズ1である「AI研修・コンサルティング事業」は立ち上げ2ヶ月で粗利を創出し、PMFを達成。今後はフェーズ2として、製造業を中心とした顧客基盤に対し、業務効率化ツールの開発、大規模受託開発、そして自社SaaSプロダクトローンチ(フェーズ3)を目指します。
本ポジションでは、クライアントの経営課題・現場課題を引き出し、AI技術を用いた解決策を提案・実行支援するとともに、社内外のエンジニアチームと連携してプロジェクトを成功に導く役割を担っていただきます。
■ご経験と適性に応じ、以下の業務を横断的に担当いただきます。
1. AI導入プロジェクトのマネジメント・提案
顧客に対し、生成AIを活用した業務効率化(OCR、自動化ツール等)やDX推進の提案活動
要件定義・PM:顧客の業務フローを整理し、エンジニアに繋ぐための要件定義
PoC(概念実証)および本開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント(進捗・品質・予算管理)
大規模案件のリード:見積もりから発注までを一元管理する製造業向けシステムなど、大規模受託案件のフロントリード
事業開発・プロダクト企画(未来への投資)
現場の声を元にした、自社SaaSプロダクトの企画立案
社内外のステークホルダー(マテリアル事業本部、外部パートナー等)との連携・調整AI研修の企画運営(担当いただくかは要相談)
クライアント企業へのAI活用研修の提供(講師・ファシリテーション)
顧客ニーズに合わせた研修プログラムのカスタマイズ・企画開発
研修を通じて顧客の「真の経営課題」を発掘し、次の開発案件へと繋げる関係構築
【必須スキル・経験】
・顧客に対する課題ヒアリング、要件定義、提案活動の経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトリードの経験(規模問わず)
・AI(特に生成AI)に関する基本的な技術理解と、ビジネス活用への強い関心
※自身でコードを書く必要はありませんが、エンジニアと円滑に会話できるレベルの知識を求めます。
【歓迎スキル・経験】
・生成AI導入コンサルティングまたはPoC推進の経験
・研修プログラムの企画・開発・講師の経験(特にAI・DX領域)
・SaaSプロダクトの導入PM(導入コンサル)またはカスタマーサクセス(ハイタッチ)の経験
・Python等を用いたデータ分析またはプロトタイピングの経験(技術バックグラウンドをお持ちの方)
