役割について シニアソリューションリードとして、SDV(ソフトウェア・デファインド・ビークル)技術の最前線で活躍していただきます。世界でもっとも使われているオープンソースの自動運転ソフトウェアであるAutowareコミュニティと連携しながら、乗用車向けのAutowareの開発を推進し、ティア1サプライヤー、自動車メーカー向けにTIERIVプラットフォームの市場展開の拡大に貢献していただきます。
主な業務内容
乗用車向けのAutowareの新機能を定義し、ソフトウェア・デファインド・ビークル(SDV)機能を実現する。
テクノロジー企業、ティア1サプライヤー、自動車OEMなどの潜在的なパートナーや顧客と、複雑で多面的な技術的議論を主導する。
要件定義、ハイレベルなソフトウェア設計、および仕様を文書化する。
定義された要件の進捗状況を開発プロセス全体にわたって追跡する
R&DチームおよびAutoware Foundationで進行中の開発作業を指導し、調整する。
SDV、車載向けエンドツーエンド(E2E)AI、自動運転技術の最新動向を監視し、イノベーションと継続的な改善を推進する。
TIER IV is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Lead to define and develop the TIER IV platform for passenger vehicles.

Auto features for passenger vehicles, engage in technical discussions with Tier-one, car OEM customers, and tech companies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product owners, R&D teams, and business units.
About the Role As a Senior Solutions Lead, you will be at the forefront of SDV technology. You will work with the Autoware community, which is the most popular open-source autonomous driving software. You will play a key role in developing Autoware for passenger vehicles and expanding our market reach.Key Responsibilities
Define new features of Autoware for passenger vehicles to enable Sofware-Defined Vehicle (SDV) capabilities.
Lead complex, multi-faceted technical discussions with prospective partners and customers such as tech companies, Tier-one, and car OEMs.
Document requirements, high-level software design, and specifications.
Collaborate across complementary teams to develop and trace the requirements.
Guide and align the development work taking place across R&D and the Autoware Foundation.
Monitor the latest advancements in SDV, End-to-End (E2E) AI for automotive, and autonomous driving technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
消費者向け電子機器、ロボット、AI関連製品の要件定義および製品提供に関する5年以上のプロダクトマネジメント経験
AI/MLの知識および関連する開発経験
工学、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号
日本語および英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
リーダーシップ
・5+ years of experience in product management to define the requirements and deliver the products for consumer electronics, robotics, and AI-related. ・Any AI/ML knowledge and related development experience. E2E-related ones are a big plus. ・ADAS/AD product development is a big plus ・Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field ・Fluency in Japanese and English ・Leadership and skills to communicate well and involve others

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :66.6万円 ~ 116.6万円 月額基本給 :492,667円 ~ 862,667円 (固定残業手当を除く額) 固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 174,000円 ~ 304,000 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
