TIER IV is seeking an experienced Business Development (BD) Manager to lead market development for our Co-MLOps project in the automotive and mobility sectors.
This role will primarily focus on Japan Asia, and will utilize our AL/ML data platform to develop customer and partner relationships.
Additionally, you will be responsible for business development for End-to-End AI, the next-generation autonomous driving technology currently under development by TIER IV, specifically for automotive applications.
As our Senior BD Manager, you'll be at the forefront of technological advancement in the automotive industry, working with cutting-edge MLOps and data platform solutions.

【Key Responsibilities】
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in the automotive and mobility sectors
Lead complex, multi-faceted deals with prospective partners and customers across the ADAS/Autonomous Driving and mobility value chain
Drive and close deals aligned with our long-term strategic goals
Monitor industry trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities and potential projects
Provide regular reports on account status, including challenges and opportunities

Requirements
MLOpsまたはデータプラットフォームに関する3年以上の商業経験
テクノロジーまたは自動車業界における7年以上のビジネス・ディベロップメントまたは戦略アカウントマネジメントの経験
工学、コンピューターサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号
テクノロジー分野での複雑な取引を成立させた実績
日本語および英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
国内外の出張ができること
3+ years of commercial experience with MLOps or data platforms
7+ years in business development or strategic account management, preferably in the technology or automotive industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals in the technology sector
Fluency in Japanese and English
Able to travel, including overseas

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :48.3万円 ~ 116.6万円 月額基本給 :357,334 円 ~ 862,667円 (固定残業手当を除く額) 固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 126,000円 ~ 304,000円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
