Role Overview
The Machine Learning Engineer will work across the full lifecycle — from prototyping and UX design to production deployment — driving end-to-end AI development.
Responsibilities:
Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for production
Improve performance of containerized AI applications
Develop and deploy scalable APIs for AI microservices
Work with image, language, and time-series data
Collaborate on new LLM and generative AI products
Tech Stack:
Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs
Required Skills
1+ year of hands-on Python experience
Deep learning implementation using TensorFlow or PyTorch
Strong technical reading comprehension (English papers, documentation)
Japanese:
Business level
Preferred Skills
Experience in startups or product-based environments
Experience with distributed / large-scale systems
Web system or microservices development
Docker / Kubernetes operational experience
Publications or conference presentations
Project management (Scrum experience a plus)

【仕事内容】
データ分析・機械学習モデルの構築・最適化を中心に、
上流(UX/プロトタイプ設計)から下流(プロダクション実装)まで一貫して担当します。
具体的には:
コンテナ上の機械学習アプリケーション改善・性能向上
画像解析 / 言語処理 / 時系列解析 / 行動分析 などのモデル構築
Restful API によるマイクロサービス設計・運用
LLM・生成AIを活用した新規プロダクト開発
使用技術例:
