1. 募集職種:機械設計エンジニア(構想設計)
[仕事内容]
次世代EVの心臓部である「e-Axle」や、自動運転に不可欠な「センサーユニット」など、
最先端領域の構想設計・レイアウト検討をお任せします。
具体的な業務:
- クライアントの企画部門と連携した仕様検討、要件定義
- 3D-CAD(CATIA V5)を使用した部品・ユニットのレイアウト検討
- 強度・熱・生産性(金型、組付)などを考慮した最適形状の提案
- CAEチームや生産技術チームとの折衝・調整

- CATIA V5、SolidWorks、NX
いずれかの実務経験 - 自動車、自動車部品、産業機械いずれかの機械設計経験
- 他部門(解析・生産技術など)と
協働・折衝
した経験
[歓迎スキル]
- **「構想設計」「仕様検討」「レイアウト検討」**の実務経験
- 金型(プレス・樹脂)や溶接、組立の知識

1. Position: Mechanical Design Engineer (Conceptual Design)
[Job Description] You will be responsible for the conceptual design and layout studies for cutting-edge domains, such as the "e-Axle," the heart of next-generation EVs, and "sensor units" essential for autonomous driving.
Specific Duties:
- Specification review and requirements definition in collaboration with the client's planning department.
- Layout studies for parts and units using 3D-CAD (CATIA V5).
- Proposing optimal shapes considering strength, thermal properties, and manufacturability (molds, assembly).
- Negotiation and coordination with CAE and production engineering teams.
[Required Qualifications]
- Practical experience with CATIA V5, SolidWorks, or NX.
- Mechanical design experience in automobiles, auto parts, or industrial machinery.
- Experience collaborating and negotiating with other departments (e.g., analysis, production engineering).
[Preferred Skills]
- Practical experience in
"Conceptual Design," "Specification Review," or "Layout Study." - Knowledge of molds (stamping/press, resin), welding, and assembly.
- Experience as a team leader or mentoring junior staff.
【労働条件】
■想定年収:500万円~800万円(ご経験・スキルを最大限考慮します)
■昇給/昇格:年1回(2月)
■賞与:年2回あり(8月、翌年2月)
■手当:時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当、裁量労働手当、通勤手当、在宅勤務手当、住宅手当などを当社規程に基づき支給
■勤務地:東京都、神奈川県、埼玉県、栃木県、群馬県、愛知県、静岡県、大阪府、兵庫県、京都府、熊本県(勤務地はご経験とご本人希望を考慮し決定します)※リモートワーク可

内訳:完全週休2日制(土・日)、年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、夏季
◆有給休暇
付与数:毎年10~20日(在籍期間に応じて増加)
付与タイミング:入社時(翌年以降は1月付与)

【Working Conditions】
■ Expected Annual Salary: 5,000,000 JPY – 8,000,000 JPY (Salary will be determined based on experience and skills, given maximum consideration)
■ Salary Increase / Promotion: Once a year (February)

■ Allowances: Overtime pay, late-night work pay, discretionary labor allowance, commuting allowance, remote work allowance, housing allowance, etc. (provided according to company regulations)
■ Work Locations: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Tochigi, Gunma, Aichi, Shizuoka, Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, Kumamoto (Location will be determined considering your experience and preferences) ※ Remote work options available
【Holidays and Leave】
◆ Holidays Total Annual Holidays: 121 days (based on previous year's record) Details: Full two-day weekend (Saturday/Sunday), New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays
◆ Paid Annual Leave Days granted: 10-20 days annually (increases based on length of service) Grant timing: Upon joining (and in January of subsequent years) Usage: Can be taken in half-day units
