<役割>
クライアント(ロケット開発会社)からの委託案件における
ロケットエンジン部品開発エンジニア
として、設計・解析・試作・評価をリードし、性能・安全性・信頼性を満たす部品を開発する。材料選定から加工、試験、改良までを担い、量産や次世代開発につなげる。
<必須要件>
- 機械工学・材料工学・熱流体工学の知識に基づく
金属部品の設計経験 - 高温・高圧・極低温環境を想定した部品設計スキル
- 3D CADを用いた設計経験
- 構造解析(FEM)、熱伝導・燃焼解析、流体解析(CFD)の実務経験
- 日本国籍を有すること
<歓迎要件>
- ロケットエンジン、航空エンジン、ガスタービンなどの
推進系部品開発経験 - 燃焼室、インジェクタ、ターボポンプ、配管系の開発に携わった経験
- 冷却構造(再生冷却チャネル、フィルム冷却等)の設計経験
- 実験設備・試験(燃焼試験、熱真空試験、振動試験)の知見
- MATLAB / Simulink を⽤いたモデルベース開発(MBD)の経験
- 精密加工、積層造形(AM/3Dプリント)など加工プロセスへの理解
- 海外サプライヤーとの調達・技術交渉経験
- 英語力(技術文献読解、メール・会議対応)
