人事労務制度の企画・運用/三菱電機G/フレックス/テレワーク可/東京都千代田区
【仕事内容】
人事・総務業務を中心にお任せ致します。これまでのご経験、選考時のご評価、ご希望を総合して担当業務を決定致します。
【具体的な業務内容】
<人事・労務制度>
人事制度の企画・運用(制度設計、導入、改善等)、労務関連制度企画・運用(規則の制定・改訂、労使協定の締結、法改正対応等)、健康診断、ストレスチェック
<総務・庶務>
総務、庶務、福祉業務等、福利厚生関連業務、BCP
ご入社時には上記いずれかのみのご経験の方でも業務にキャッチアップしていく中で幅広く人事・総務業務経験を積んで頂くことが可能です。
<組織構成>
総務部は人事研修課・総務福祉課からなり、今回はいずれかの配属もしくは担当業務によっては兼務にて業務をお任せする予定です。
人事研修課…3名+兼務者2名
総務福祉課…3名+兼務者2名
<働き方>
- フレックス制度あり・有給休暇取得推奨・年間休日124日、年次有給休暇の計画付与5日と働きやすい環境が整っています。
- 残業について:月平均20~30時間程度です。ワークライフバランスのとりやすい就業環境です。

年収例:400万円~600万円(25歳~45歳例)月収例:22万円以上(25歳~45歳例)※ご年収はご経験・ご年齢等を考慮し決定します。※想定年収には、年2回の賞与(全査定期間在籍の場合)、月20時間の時間外手当を含みます。<残業手当>有

【勤務時間】
9:00~17:30(休憩時間:45分)残業月平均20~30時間 ※フレックスタイム制あり

- 完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日、年間有給休暇5日~20日(下限日数は、入社直後の付与日数となります)、年末年始(12/31~1/4)、創立記念日(5/1)、忌引休暇、配偶者出産休暇等
- 年間休日127日
