【業務概要】EF Education Fistのアジアハブである東京オフィスで、人事担当として職場環境の改善や労働管理等を実践したり、スタッフが気持ちよく働けるような施策を策定してプロアクティブに自ら動いていける方を募集します。
労務管理をはじめ、スイスのペイロールチームと日本の社員の架け橋になったり、外資系企業としての柔軟さを保ちながら、誰もが力を発揮できるような健全で活気のあるオフィス環境の実現を推進していきます。
【Key Responsibilities】
v会社の基盤を支える「アドミン業務」と、未来の職場を創る「プロアクティブ業務」をお任せします。
■アドミン業務
~~労務関連~~
▽日本オフィス業務/法令に則った各種手続きを担当
・健康診断やストレスチェックの企画・実施、結果管理
・衛生委員会の設置・運営、議事録作成
・36協定の届出、労働基準監督署などへの対応、就業規則のメンテナンス
▽海外チーム連携業務/スイスのグローバルペイロールチームと連携
・住民税や在籍確認など、給与に関する役所からの問い合わせ対応
※スイスチームと役所との間に立ち、メールやTeamsのメッセージ機能でやりとりします。
~~総務関連~~
・オフィス備品の発注
・インフラ管理、防災管理
・ビル管理会社との連携
・その他、オフィスを円滑に運営するための業務全般
■プロアクティブ業務
社員の声や自らの気づきをもとに、職場環境を改善するアイデアを企画。さらに、予算策定から上長への提案・実行までを行ないます。
【必須要件】
◇大卒以上
◇コミュニケーションがとれる英語力
◇総務または人事での経験
◇クロスカルチャーのコミュニケーション経験
