Your Role
We are looking for an energetic HR Administration Specialist who will work closely with the HR Manager to maintain the safe and comfortable work environment for the company. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supervising facilities, asset management, vendor coordination, and the wide range of general affairs operations.
Your Impact
・Managing office equipment and supplies
・Answering the main company phone line
・Managing HR/General Affairs-related invoices and vendor control
・Handling welfare benefit procedures
・Handling seals and contract management
・Managing company vehicle and rental car contracts
・Translating various regulations and guidelines issued by the Italian headquarters
・Participating in meetings with the Italian headquarters and exchanging information
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are great at taking initiative and ownership, while demonstrating creativity and passion.
What you should bring:
・Experience in general affairs or as an in-house systems engineer at an operating company (2+ years)
・Ability to communicate comfortably with employees from different departments and external stakeholders both in English and Japanese
・Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks
・Willingness to take on new tasks without hesitation
