AECOMの専門分野の1つである環境サービスでは、環境・社会・労働安全衛生に関わるリスクマネジメントを専門に手がける約9,000名のプロフェッショナルを擁しており、世界各国の拠点より約100カ国にて環境・社会・労働安全衛生に係るコンサルティングサービスを提供しています。
求人内容
下記の業務について、1)企画立案、2)プロジェクト管理、3)解析評価、4)報告書の作成を行っていただきます ※担当分野は専門性を考慮して決定します
環境デューデリジェンス(主に産業系および商業系のトランザクション);
環境・労働安全衛生に係る 順法監査(工場、物流、オフィス 等)
法令調査
環境社会影響評価に係る調査・評価 (自然環境、生活環境、社会環境);
脱炭素・エネルギー(省エネ化 等)に係る調査・評価・改善計画立案 等;
環境等調査の現場管理(安全、品質、工程の管理 等);
その他 海外スタッフとのコミュニケーション 等
資格
以下いずれかの5年以上の経験
環境管理、労働安全衛生、環境社会影響評価に関するコンサルティング業務;
脱炭素・エネルギー(省エネ化 等)に関するコンサルティング業務;
産業系ないし商業系施設における環境 および/または 労働安全衛生 に関する管理業務;
その他、弊社が求める業務内容に関連すると思われる業務
プロジェクトチーム管理のスキル(例:
複数国のスタッフとのコミュニケーション 等);
マルチタスク管理のスキル(例:
複数プロジェクトの同時進行);
環境等調査の現場管理の経験(必須ではない)

資格の例:
技術士(環境、衛生工学、応用理学、化学、建設 等)、労働安全・労働衛生コンサルタント、公害防止管理者、土壌環境監理士、土壌汚染調査技術監理者、エネルギー管理士、 等
【最終学歴】大学院、大学、短期大学、専修・各種学校、高等専門学校、高等学校卒以上
★各分野において、専門的なコンサルタントスキル(プロジェクトマネジメント、プロフェッショナルスキル、クライアントコントロールなど)の向上や専門知識(法規制関連、グルーバルスタンダードなど)の蓄積を経験しながら、年収や働き方のバランスをとりつつ長期就業できます
★東京オフィスのみのため、住居地以外への転勤はありません。ライフプランを検討しやすいです
★リモートワークも可能です。ただし、採用日から数週間はオフィス勤務が必須です
★小学生、中学生、高校生の子育て中の母親、父親も就業しています。子育てと業務を両立できる働きやすい環境です
