仕事概要
株式会社LegalOn Technologiesは、AI技術を活用して法務、契約業務を支援するテクノロジーソリューションを開発、提供するスタートアップ企業です。創業以来、累計約286億円の資金調達を実施し、事業を急拡大させてきました。 2024年4月にはJR渋谷駅直結の「Shibuya Sakura Stage」SHIBUYAタワーへ増床移転し、組織規模の拡大を続けています。 事業拡大の観点においては、法務業務全体を包括的に支援する世界水準の法務AI「LegalOn」を新たにリリース。 加えて、より広いユーザーニーズをカバーし、多様な法務業務の支援を行うべく、日本を代表する法律事務所である「森・濱田松本法律事務所」との業務提携も開始しました 2023年には米国子会社を設立し、世界市場への展開も本格化。さらに、2025年7月には森・濱田松本法律事務所外国法共同事業との資本提携に伴う戦略的パートナーシップを締結し、また、OpenAI, Inc.との戦略的連携も開始しました。 現在はグループ全体においてグローバルでの導入社数が7,500社を突破(2025年9月末時点)しており、国内外問わず法務課題を解決するべく、弁護士の法務知見と自然言語処理技術や機械学習などのテクノロジーを組み合わせ、事業を推進していきます。 (弊社のパーパスについて理解を深めて頂ける動画もぜひご覧ください。) ・LegalOn Technologiesが目指すもの「パーパス」 LegalOn Technologiesは、AI × Legalのフロントランナーとして、日本発のリーガルテックを世界に展開しています。事業拡大・海外展開・組織進化を背景に、クロスボーダー案件を含むM&A・アライアンス・資金調達を中心に、事業を前に進める法務を担うシニアカウンセルを募集します。 【期待する役割】 - M&A、アライアンス、海外進出、資金調達、グローバル株式報酬制度の設計・運営等の重要なグローバルプロジェクトを法務担当者として推進する。 - 事業推進を支援し、適切なリスクテイクを踏まえた法的意思決定を行う。 【主な業務内容】 - M&Aのストラクチャリング、法務DD、契約交渉。 - 他社とのアライアンスにおけるストラクチャーの検討及び契約交渉。 - 海外新規進出時の法的調査。国内外のグループガバナンス管理 - 資金調達におけるストラクチャリング、法務DD対応、契約交渉。 - 新株予約権発行を含むグローバル株式報酬制度の設計・運用 - 訴訟、紛争対応 - 契約書、申込書、利用規約、約款等の作成及びレビュー業務 - 新規事業や新規施策に関する法的調査、対応策の提案、関連書類等の作成業務 - 社内の法的知識の向上支援 - 法令改正への対応方針策定
必須スキル
- 企業内法務での実務経験5年以上、又は法律事務所での企業法務経験3年以上。 - M&A、資金調達、JV・アライアンス、いずれかのプロジェクト推進経験。 - ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(目安:TOEFL 100点、CEFR B2以上) - 企業活動に関する法律についての基本的知識(民法、会社法、個人情報保護法、労働法、下請法(2026年1月から、中小受託取引適正化法)、独占禁止法、著作権法など) - 自ら課題を特定し、主体的に解決に動けるスキルとスタンス
歓迎スキル
- クロスボーダーのプロジェクト案件の経験。 - テクノロジー/AI領域での法務経験。 - 日本又は海外の弁護士資格。
