職務概要:
コーポレート・ファイナンス部門のディレクターは、複雑な案件を主導し、複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理します。本ポジションは、強固なクライアント関係の構築・維持、提案書作成やクライアント対応の主導、事業開発の推進を担います。また、マネージャー以下のメンバーを育成・指導し、チーム全体のパフォーマンス向上に貢献します。

な業務内容
:

• 大規模かつ複雑なプロジェクトを主導し、クライアントのニーズに沿った対応を行うとともに、高い期待に応えながらプレッシャー下で高品質な成果を提供する
• 業界特有の知見や高付加価値のアドバイザリーを提供し、クライアントリレーションを強化するとともに、事業開発や収益の拡大に直接貢献する
• 主要なクライアントとのディスカッションや意思決定プロセスを主導し、新規および既存顧客に向けた提案活動を積極的に推進する
• マネージャーやシニアメンバーの成長を支援し、チーム全体の能力向上とパフォーマンスの強化について中心的な役割を果たす

必要なスキル・資質:

• 財務分析、バリュエーション、資本戦略アドバイザリーを含む財務アドバイザリー業務における豊富な経験と高い専門性

• ※特定業界での知識・経験があれば尚可

• ファイナンス、経済学、経営学、会計学、または関連分野の学士号・専攻

• コーポレート・ファイナンス、M&Aプロセス、バリュエーション、財務分析、Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)の高度なスキル
• 日本語スキル(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2相当以上)および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
• 日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと
• 歓迎スキル: 英語
• 資格: TOEIC 700点以上

職務経験:

• 財務アドバイザリー業務における8〜10年以上の経験(うち相当のリーダーシップ経験を含む)
• 戦略的プランニング、チームリーダーシップ、クロスファンクショナルな協働において成果を上げてきた実績を有すること

Job Title
: Director, Corporate Finance, Japan

Role Overview:
The Director of Corporate Finance leads complex transactions and manages multiple projects simultaneously. The role builds and maintains strong client relationships, leads proposal development and client interactions, and drives business development. The Director of CF mentors and develops team members below Manager level, contributing to overall team performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Takes the lead on large and complex projects, ensuring alignment with client needs while managing high expectations and delivering quality under pressure.
• Deepens client relationships by offering industry-specific insights and high-value advisory, contributing directly to business development and revenue growth.
• Guides key client discussions and decision-making processes, while proactively driving proposal and pitch initiatives for new and existing clients.
• Supports the growth of Managers and senior team members through active mentoring, and play a central role in enhancing team capabilities and performance.

Skills / Competencies:

• Extensive experience and deep expertise in financial advisory services, including financial analysis, valuation, and capital strategy advisory. Certain industry knowledge and experience are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Expertise in Corporate finance, M&A process, valuation, financial analysis, Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.
• Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.
• Certification – TOEIC (700 and above).

Work Experience:

• 8 –10+ years of experience in financial advisory services, including significant leadership responsibilities.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
