As the Finance Head of the Japan entity, manage the company's overall finance and accounting functions, including the shared accounting services for group companies.

-Work closely with the Japan GM and the leadership team to drive the formulation and achievement of financial and operational plans and objectives.

-Lead the annual budgeting process as well as monthly and quarterly forecasting and review cycles.

-Oversee all financial figures and effectively balance trade-offs to meet financial targets.

-Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely submission to headquarters.

-Manage working capital, including accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable.

-Ensure compliance with US GAAP, JGAAP, and the accounting policies of both the company and the parent group, as well as maintain strong compliance and internal controls.

-Manage audit processes, including external audits and internal audits.

-Develop and lead the domestic finance team.

-Collaborate with regional and global finance teams.

Desired Skills and Experience
MUST Have

・経理財務領域の経験15年以上〜(うちマネジメント7年以上〜)

・アカウンティング、マネジメント両方のマネジメント経験5年以上

・JGAAP, USGAAP知識

・経理財務全般のハンズオンスキルをお持ちであること

・Excel スキル、ORACLE 等のERP経験、Power BI尚可

・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力

Better to have

・ライフサイエンス・ヘルスケア経験はあればプラス(必須ではない)

・FP&AとしてSales・マーケティング部門との協働経験

・商材を輸入販売する事業における有形商材の物の流れが分かっている人

・類似製品&ビジネスモデルの経験(高額な装置製品の提供〜設置〜サービス・アフターメンテナンス提供)
